oh boy this is a hot topic for me....I do not think that the ratio is fair. Not to the educator or child. I think its in the best interest of a well balanced program to have extra help.....but programs also need to follow the law when it comes to the ratio. It is known that some places do not follow that law.

Do you have a funny, heart warming or interesting story that involves the children you care for?  We'd like to hear them.  Let's face it, children are darn right entertaining and we all enjoy sharing in their story.

When my son was 3 he would always ask "What is that in the world?"

Is the current state ratio fair?  Should there be more children per adult?  Less children per adult?  What do you think?

When my daughter went back east to college, she loved telling people that growing up in Montana, all they had to play with were rocks and sticks.
