Is the current ratio fair?

Is the current state ratio fair?  Should there be more children per adult?  Less children per adult?  What do you think?

oh boy this is a hot topic for me....I do not think that the ratio is fair. Not to the educator or child. I think its in the best interest of a well balanced program to have extra help.....but programs also need to follow the law when it comes to the ratio. It is known that some places do not follow that law.
