The Nurturing Center is a member of the National Association of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) click here for their website www.naccrra.net,

joining over 800 state and local agencies in an effort to speak to the needs of our community’s young children and families. Serving Flathead, Lake, Lincoln, and Sanders counties, we endeavor to insure that all children have access to high-quality, affordable child care. To achieve this, we lead projects that increase the quality and availability of child care, offer training to child care professionals, offer individual support and technical assistance to everyone who contacts us for assistance in order to positively impact the lives of children and families.

We also serve as a conduit between families and the community, partnering with community agencies in an effort to create the relationships and resources that ease some of the stress of parenting. We speak for needs of young children in the business community and with policy makers.

Montana Child Care and Resource and Referral Network

As one of the 12 Child Care Resource & Referral agencies in Montana, The Nurturing Center is a member of the Montana Child Care and Resource and Referral Network. The MTCCR&R Networks work collaboratively with the Early Childhood Services Bureau and other interested parties towards  best interests if children within State and Federal policies.

The MCCR&R Network actively advocates for development of a statewide system to provide high quality, stable child care that meets the needs of children, working parents and employers.
